Known as an "evangelist of holistic fitness," Anoop has guided hundreds of individuals toward healthier, balanced lifestyles through his comprehensive coaching. His mission is to inspire people to embrace fitness as a way of life, beyond just workouts.

Personal Trainer

Amalesh is a certified personal trainer with over 4 years of experience, specializing in pain management and strength and conditioning. He holds certifications in ACE CPT, SPCEFL SC Level 5 CPT, Sports Nutrition, and Rehab & Prehab. Amalesh works with both national and international athletes, as well as clients from diverse backgrounds, offering customized, result-driven training programs. His mission is to help people move better, build strength, and live pain-free through sustainable fitness plans, whether online or offline.
